It says home delivery is not available to me … why?

AIF at Home delivery is available only to customers who live within the range of zip codes we can currently service, but that range is rapidly expanding.  If we don’t deliver to you yet – we hope to very soon!  Please check out our curb-side pick-up tab on the main page, where you can place an order as you normally would and pick it up at our facility.

 

How does curbside pick-up work?

Once your order is placed and our team has it ready for pick-up, you will receive an e-mail notification to let you know it is ready.  Upon your arrival, we ask that you please call to let us know you are here and someone will bring your order to our loading dock for you to retrieve. 

*Please note, there is a set of stairs to get on to our dock, and if you are unable to use the stairs, please let us know and we will put your products in your car for you.

 

Who can I contact if I have a problem with my order?

If you have a problem with your order, please contact us by sending an e-mail to orders@adventureinfood.com.  

 

How will I know when my delivery has arrived?

Your order will arrive within the delivery window specified at check-out. Also, you will receive a text message when our driver is on his way to your location, and another text message to let you know that your order has been delivered.  Our driver will place your order in the spot they were instructed to, and ring the doorbell (if possible). 

 

What if I am not home at the time of delivery?

If you are not at home when your order arrives, the driver will leave your order [in boxes with gel-ice packs] where they were instructed to leave it. The gel-ice packs should allow for perishable items to remain cool for a few hours - this should provide you with time to make arrangements for you or someone you know to take your order in and refrigerate/freeze items if necessary. 

 

What do I do if I receive a damaged product?

If you received a damaged product, please take a picture of it and e-mail it to orders@adventureinfood.com. We will reach out and find a solution for you.
