How does curbside pick-up work?
Once your order is placed and our team has it ready for pick-up, you will receive an e-mail notification to let you know it is ready. Upon your arrival, we ask that you please call 518-436-7603 to let us know you are here and someone will bring your order to our loading dock for you to retrieve.
*Please note, there is a set of stairs to get on to our dock, and if you are unable to use the stairs, please let us know and we will put your products in your car for you.
Who can I contact if I have a problem with my order?
If you have a problem with your order, please contact us by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
What do I do if I receive a damaged product?
If you received a damaged product, please take a picture of it and e-mail it to email@example.com. We will reach out and find a solution for you.
